SURF & SILK
As part of the House of Ambassadors, a collection of unique experiences is being created in collaboration with local artisans and partners from Zurich. SURF & SILK is one of these Ambassador Experiences – an evening that brings together movement, indulgence and the spirit of the city in a truly special way.An evening that showcases Zurich at its very best: beginning on the water and ending at SILK.
Together with the Wakeboard Academy, two to four guests embark on an exclusive private boat trip across Lake Zurich, including a first guided ride on the water.
The experience begins at Utoquai pier, where the city slowly fades into the background and the lake takes centre stage. Movement, lightness and a touch of adrenaline meet relaxed indulgence afterwards.
At SILK Bar & Restaurant, a beautifully set table, a welcome drink and a dinner experience await to round off the evening perfectly.

Discover urban plants – from Seefeld straight to the plate
A new experience at the Ambassador Hotel Zurich: together with WE ARE AIA, guests embark on a guided walk through the Seefeld district to discover edible and medicinal urban plants growing right in the heart of Zurich.
Back at the hotel, the experience continues at SILK Restaurant, where what has been discovered is reinterpreted in a culinary way – with a seasonal urban plant apéritif and a sustainable signature dish.
